The unauthorised utilisation, dissemination, duplication or replication of these resources, whether in totality or partially, in any manner or mode, electronically, mechanically or any other method, is strictly prohibited.

The entire data and material encompassed in this course and guide are dispensed on an “as is” premise, and as a foster carer, you bear the sole responsibility and risk in utilising such data and material. NFCQ bears no responsibility for any technical or editorial mistakes or oversights embedded within this course or its accompanying handbook or third-party links.
Moreover, NFCQ will not be held liable for any damages, whether direct, punitive, incidental, or consequential, that may occur as a result of your utilisation of this course.
All licences are subject to 1 year unless otherwise stated.
Licenced material will be withdrawn unless the user purchases a subsequent licence.
Any unused Licences within a bulk purchase will automatically become void and not be carried over.
All licenses can be issued to sub-accounts only once, if the sub-account has not started the course then the licence may be issued to a new sub-account. Any licence issued to a sub-account and the sub-account access to the course material will result in the licence being used and not allowed to be re-issued to another sub-account. Any violation of this rule the client will be invoiced for the re-issued licence at the full licence price. If the client fails to pay within the time indicated on the invoice then all licences will be revoked without refund.
Licences may also be removed and any certificates issued under the licence will be void and certificate numbers will be blocked.
Licences do not cover the cost of the NFCQ Groups or the NFCQ Coordinators course. These are separately licenced.
NFCQ Groups are normally provided by the licence purchaser, in the case of an individual purchaser then the Group reflective work or Group meetings will not form part of the course.
It is the Group coordinator’s responsibility to ensure the information required for the iTOL accreditation is passed on to [email protected] promptly. Individuals who have purchased the course must submit their certificate number to [email protected] for the iTOL accreditation.

FosterWiki Premium Member discount codes are only valid for the email address you signed to FosterWiki Premium Member Support Service. The discount code can only be used once for each email address.
If you require more than 1 person to benefit from the code, for example, your partner, they must also be a Foster carer and you will need to contact FosterWiki.com via [email protected] from the registered FosterWiki email address requesting an additional coupon. A maximum of 2 coupons can be used from any one registered FosterWiki.com email address. You will required to supply support with a Full name and a different email address than the one you registered with FosterWiki.
Coupon codes are not transferable, they can not be refunded and they are only accepted once.
The Allegations from a foster carers perspective coupon will give you a full discount on the price.
For other courses, coupons are subject to different discounts.
These offers can be withdrawn at any time without notice and are only available for a limited.

By applying for the NFCQ course, you consent to the NFCQ processing personal or sensitive data relating to you, in accordance with the NFCQ registration or registration by the NFCQ course provider.
As with most other web servers, when you access these web pages certain information you provide will automatically be recorded by the NFCQ. This information is needed to estimate how much usage of the server is made by different categories of users and in the event of a breach of security may be used to aid detection.
Your data is only used to administer your enquiry or application for membership and your data will be passed on to the appropriate department for this purpose, after this time our system will automatically hard delete your stored information within six months that you have submitted via our website.

Where you are required under this website to provide personal data this data will be used for the following purposes:
Maintaining up-to-date lists of current students – all information is for reference and internal marketing purposes and is not shared with third parties except the NFQC-nominated course provider.
Maintaining up-to-date lists of current students for marketing emails – all information is for reference and internal marketing purposes and is not shared with third parties.
Maintaining up-to-date lists of current news – all information is for reference and internal marketing purposes and is not shared with third parties.
Maintaining up-to-date lists of current applications for students on the website and holding information on student qualifications – all information is for reference and may be used as documentary evidence to substantiate the details given on the application form.
Marketing and keeping students and licence holders up-to-date with the latest NFCQ offers and courses as well as third-party information/updates to standards and regulations.
Any marketing emails/informational emails will be sent from a third-party platform such as MailChimp and the user will have the right to unsubscribe from emails via the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email or by contacting us at [email protected]
The search engine on our website is designed to be as powerful and easy to use as the popular search engine google. The search is made possible by a piece of hardware (a search ‘appliance’) supplied by Google that is plugged into our server and continuously indexes the content on our site. All search requests are handled by the appliance and the information is not passed on to any third party, including google.
If credit card details are requested as part of a transaction between you and NFCQ, these details will be encrypted and handled by a secure web server using SSL technology.
Banner ads on the NFCQ website may be advertising third-party services and you may be directed to servers belonging to the third party.
