To reset your password so you can log in, please visit the below URL and fill in your email address and press the Request Password Reset button.

You will then be sent an email, click the link in the email this will take you to a password reset page.

Enter a new password, taking note of the strength of your password, once the meter reaches green, save that password.

To add a team member to your corporate account follow the process below;

  1. Login to your account
  2. Navigate to membership
  3. Select subscriptions
  4. Click Sub Accounts

From this page you can add team members in various ways

  1. Add the user by clicking Add Sub account or
  2. Copying the Signup URL and giving the team member the unique URL to sign up with, once they have registered they will then show under your account, they will also have an account where they can take the courses your membership allows.
You should be able to access the NFCQ Foundation Qualification through your fostering provider, ask them to access the course. However, the course is also available for individuals to purchase, contact [email protected]
